SCALED DIVISION – MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS The intent of the scaled division is to allow those new to Functional Fitness or with limited fitness experience the opportunity to compete and test themselves in a competitive environment. Can achieve multiple reps of: Deadlift: Men 60 – 75 kgs / Women 35 – 60 kgs Front Squat: Men 50 – 65 kgs / Women 35 – 50 kgs Snatch: Men 35 – 45 kgs / Women 15 – 25 kgs Thrusters: Men 35 – 45 kgs / Women 15 – 25 kgs Shoulder to Overhead: Men 35 – 45 kgs / Women 15 – 25 kgs Can perform: Single skips 25+ per minute Box Step Ups: Men 24” / Women 20” Hanging Knee Raises, single TTB repetitions Row, Run, Ski, Bike Chin Over Bar Jumping Pull Ups RX Division Minimum Requirements Can achieve multiple reps of each: Deadlift: Men 75 – 100 kgs / Women 60 – 85 kgs Front Squat: Men 65 – 80 kgs / Women 50 – 65 kgs Snatch: Men 45 – 60 kgs / Women 25 – 40 kgs Thrusters: Men 45 – 60 kgs / Women 25 – 40 kgs Shoulder to Overhead: Men 45 – 60 kgs / Women 25 – 40 kgs Can perform: Clean and Jerk/Push Press Double skips 25+ per minute Wall Ball Shots: Men 9 kgs / Women 6 kgs Box Jumps: Men 24” / Women 20” Toes To Bar Weighted Lunges Row, Run, Ski, Bike Pistol C2B Pull Ups Ring Dips Kipping HSPU Rope climb
